If you have bin in any of our "Cuyahoga Falls Collector's and Reseller's Dream Estate Auctions", then you might remember that the owner of this estate was a retired teacher who loved to collect and was very successful reselling items on eBay. She also was a seasonal decorator; changing her artwork, dinnerware, and decor every season. For these reasons, this house is so loaded with inventory that it has been necessary for us to empty the house with a series of auctions rather than just one. This is the FINAL auction in this series.

NOTE: CHECK THE DATE FOR PICKUP!! If you cannot make it, please do not bid! If you do not intend to pay, please do not bid. Our homeowners are looking to clear an estate. No shows and no pays only hurt them. Thank you.

Pick Up Items: Monday, August 22, 2022 from 5:00pm - 8:30pm *There will be an optional pick up for SPECIAL CASES ONLY on Saturday, August 27. To be eligible for pick up on this day, your items need to be paid for by Monday, August 22 and you need to contact Jason at 216-403-7834. Only those with special circumstances such as living far, large items which require help from others and special transportation needs will be considered for this day.

PICK UP LOCATION: In Cuyahoga Falls, near State Rd, by the Akron / Cuyahoga Falls border.

***ALL ITEMS MUST BE REMOVED - Winners MUST remove ALL items in the lots they have won.

Your own muscle is required, please bring help or arrange movers for heavy items. Winning bidders MUST provide or bring their own help, materials (boxes/packing supplies), and tools needed to move items safely. We will not be able to help move/load furniture or other items. If you do by chance find someone working for Bid Riddance to help you, please be prepared to compensate them in some fashion as they do not come to work expecting to have to lift or move heavy items. IMPORTANT: Please pay with Credit Card/ Debit Card online only or Cash at pickup. The invoice you receive at the close of the auction is NOT receipt of payment. There is a link which directs you to credit card payment on the invoice.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR THIS AUCTION: (please note terms and conditions may differ for each event and are subject to change)

1. BUYERS PREMIUM: A 12% buyer's premium will be added to each purchase. If you bid $100.00 you will be charged $112.00 upon invoicing at auction close.

2. REGISTRATION: Bidders must enter a valid Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express card along with required contact information. WE DO NOT AUTOMATICALLY CHARGE ANY CREDIT CARDS FOR ANY INVOICES.

3. PAYMENT: Winning bidders will receive an invoice via email shortly after an auction concludes. Winners will have the option of paying online via PayPal with PayPal or with a credit/debit card. A Paypal account is not required to register or pay. Cash only is accepted at pick up. Checks or credit cards will NOT be accepted at pick up.

4. SALES TAX: SALES TAX WILL NOT BE COLLECTED.

5. BIDDING ERRORS: Please be aware that many bidders routinely increase their own bid to price an item out of reach of other bidders. You should immediately review your bids before submitted. We will not reverse bids that have caused another bidder to be outbid. If you bid on the wrong item we will not reverse your bid. Please make sure and review all bids before submitting. We will not reverse bids after the auction has begun to close, no exceptions.

6. MAXIMUM BIDS: We only use one bidding field in most cases. MANY of our buyers submit their "maximum bids" as they no doubt have seen the convenience and do not risk missing the opportunity by placing only real time bids on items especially in the frantic final minutes. The software will place your bid up to the max if someone bids against you. If you are being immediately out bid when you place your bid, you are most likely up against a max bid. The max bids are not disclosed. CLICK ON THE "REFRESH LINK" often to be sure you are seeing current data.

7. GROSS BIDDING ERRORS: If you mistakenly increase your own bid, place your bidder number in the bid field, or make a gross error; you must immediately contact our office by email at info@blindsquirrelauctions.com or call 330-208-5598. Communication of the error does not in itself resolve the error. Blind Squirrel Auctions LLC will attempt to fix the bidding error.

8. STAGGERED CLOSING: The online auction closes 1 -2 items per 1 minute intervals.

9. DYNAMIC CLOSING: The closing time of an asset is automatically extended an additional 5 minutes whenever a bid is placed within the last 5 minutes of the asset's closing time to allow bidders to bid and will continue until bidding ceases.

10. REMOVAL: This is an ONLINE ONLY AUCTION. DO NOT BID IF YOU ARE NOT ABLE TO PICK UP YOUR ITEMS DURING THE INDICATED REMOVAL TIME(S). NO REFUNDS OR CHARGEBACK'S WILL BE GRANTED. After the scheduled removal, items left will be considered abandoned. The amount of your purchase will be surrendered as a removal fee up to the total amount of your purchase for disposal of your item(s).

11. PICKUP OF ASSETS: Bidders are responsible for their own removal. Any item NOT picked up by the set time will be considered abandoned. Removal shall be at the expense, liability, and risk of the purchaser. Purchases will check in with the cashier to verify payment or pay and receive a copy of their invoice. Bidder further agrees to be held personally responsible for all purchases made on their bidder number, and agrees that bidder will not charge back items which are not picked up during the published removal times. Buyer authorizes Blind Squirrel Auctions LLC to release buyer's assets to any individual in possession of the buyer's sales receipt. The auction company staff does not provide moving services or tools. Please be prepared to move ALL items out of the building first, then pack and sort your items! Buyers may be required to produce ID for security reasons. Please have your ID with you at all times. All Buyers accept that pickup may be electronically recorded and monitored.

12. WARRANTY & CONDITION OF ITEMS SOLD: All items are sold "AS IS, WHERE IS, with NO WARRANTY expressed or implied. Descriptions are believed to be accurate but not guaranteed. When you are not certain of the condition or use of an item please bid accordingly. Blind Squirrel Auctions is not responsible for the use or misuse of items, infestation and pathogens, environmental harm or any injury or harm caused by items purchased.

13. BUYER DEFAULT: If a bidder(s) defaults at an auction, the auction company may, at it's option, contact the backup bidder(s) for an offer but has no legal obligation to do so.
